I think it would be fine, but you should ask your pharmacist to be sure. You should always know the drug interactions with medications you are taking, because when you get a bad mixture it is no good.

I want a healthy weight loss. How?
I have been on the acai blast for a few months. It has made me feel better, given me more energy, cleared my complexion, and I have lost 15 pounds. I have been eating sensibly, but I am not on any special diet plans. I try to walk everyday, too. So, it has worked to help me lose the weight I needed to lose, but even more of a benefit has been the energy I have and what it has done for my breakout prone skin. I have only tried one brand and since I have seen benefits and never had a problem with ordering it from them online I have stuck with it.

I just started taking Adderall 2 days ago for A.D.D.
I was just wondering how long you have to be taking it to lose weight.
I am 5’2 and 142 lbs I am not looking to lose much just about..20 lbs or so.

I am a 27 year old male and have lost 20 lbs. in the past 2 months alone. You will lose weight as long as you’re not eating anything while you’re on Adderall. How fast you lose the weight I guess depends on how fast you’re body sheds pounds. I can assure you though that you will notice a change in your weight within a week or so, so long as you are not eating anything from 8AM – 10PM and forcing yourself to have a light snack before you go to sleep. I suggest that you drink a Vitamin shake in the morning though in order to make sure that your body is getting the proper nutrients, as you don’t want to get sick or unhealthy from not eating anything all day.
I weigh 180 pounds and I am 15. I used to be 140 but I bulked up to 180 but put on a lot of fat.Yes I am a male, I am wondering how long it would take to lose maybe 20-30 pounds of fat?
The best way to lose weight and keep the weight off, is to do so sensibly.
If you go back for seconds, don’t. if you drink soda, stop or switch to diet. IF you snack on fatty foods try a healthy alternative..
Add cardio to you day, go on walks, if you can, go to the gym and get on a cross-trainer and go for as long as you can..
The key is being consisted, start something that you can finish!
weigh yourself once a week no more than that!
Last but not least, it will take you a few months maybe more to do this healthy… but trust me you will notice a big difference if you keep it up!
don’t get discouraged! if you mess up a day, thats okay, don’t say, ah well i messed up i will just eat this much more, thats not a good attitude. find a motivating factor and a great attitude and you will be successful!

Losing more than a pound or two a week is not healthy. Fast weight loss is bad for two main reasons.
Lose weight fast and you will lose muscle
