so i need to lose some weight, im not talking about anything major, just 10-20 pounds. And no its not because i hate the way i look, im starting to develop health problems such as diabetes from a mixture of my weight and genetics. Im about 150 and im almost 17. Does anyone have any tips or advice.

i want to lose weight, and i have a year and a half. I know that cardio is great, and yoga and pilates if i want to tone…..
but, do u have any specific exercises….like the correct type of crunch……and a good type of dance that helps with weight loss…be as specific as possible……thx……
dancing is amazing. especially if you go to the library or store and pick up a dvd on latin dancing. that tightens your tummy muscles so fast and gives you a sexy butt!

need a little more energy more my workouts, and would like to drop a couple of % in body fat.
One of my gym buddies takes T5 (on a now and again basis not everyday), and he is doing incredibly well.
Any thoughts on T5?

Is it harmless?
Ok I cant explain how they work because I never really went into that side of it but they do work. they are good for you in many ways and the only side effect I have ever seen is one very sore but from the injection. I mostly used them to clear up roid acne and lose a bit of fat I picked up.
