Yes, he does look better after he had gotten himself together form the drinking and the drugs. Every since that Paris Hilton had left him, he had just went downhill, but its a good thing that he had came back, and he does look so much better.

Hi i'm 18 and live in england / london and i am currently looking for somebody to loose weight with / support, i currently weigh 112 pounds thats 8 stone and i am 5'3 i am not so much looking to loose weight but more tone up and get rid of pounds! as i have already lost 28 pounds on my own but need an extra push!! i can also offer tips on how i did this XD

i had done weight watchers and slowly i started to not see results of feel better after about 3 weeks so i gave up. i have a gym membership and i never go and i have no motivation to go workout.
i do crunches and some toning excersises but i want to loose weight all around just not in one spot.
any advice?

Get in a bikini and take the worst pictures you can, ex: hamstrings, bra buldge, rolls, all the areas you hate. Post that on your mirror… i bet you wont think twice about gettin your ass to the gym

I told her to just try to stick to healthier foods and excersise, but she says she is having a hard time controling herself. Any help would be appreciated.
Don't rule hypnosis out. I know it worked for smoking. I have first hand experience here(my husband and I) and the same people who do the hypnosis for smoking also do weight loss hypnosis. I would tell her to try it. What I do know is, they try to instill a healthy life style into the hypnosis. Much like you are trying to do.
