Hello, I'm looking to lose some weight, and have a friend who suggested the Hydroxycut pill for results. Does anyone know about this weight loss pill (side effects…etc) Please let me know =)

Side effects: Higher metabolism, Higher heart rate, Nausea, Upset Stomach, Cold Sweats

I have used it and saw results. I gained 5 lbs but my body fat percentage dropped about 4.5%. The thing is, NONE of the fat loss supplements will work without putting stress on the body. The body adapts to stress. You have to exercise and eat right for any of the pills to benefit you.

I see the advertisements for the book "Weight Loss Cure" by Kevin Trudeau. I would like to know is it really worth the money spending? Does it really work, and what is the big weight loss secret that is within the book?

My friend at work bought that book and tried that diet. Said it sucked. There is no big secret to weight loss. Figure out how many calories your need for you. Portion control and eat a healthy diet of whole grains and lots of veggies and fruit. Drink water! It's one of the most important things for you. 5 to 6 small meals a day. So as not to spike your insulin levels. Read food labels and limit the soda's and junk food. Especially watch foods with high fructose corn syrup. Moderation has always been the key, and finally EXERCISE! Less in…. (food) and more out….(exercise) is the key to weight loss.

I saw an ad for a weight loss dance program on Fox Reality the other night. I wanted to look into it, read some reviews and stuff, but I don't remember what it was called. I might recognize it if I saw the name, any idea?

I am looking for ways to lose weight. I am not overweight at all, just not satisfied with my appearance (how I look in clothes). I run a mile every day, and I have not noticed much change in my weight. I think it has something to do with my eating habits, so I am trying to really start over and eat right. Please also give tips on how I can cut back on food during the holidays when there are all sorts of sweets.

BTW- I am 14.
