I want to loss about 10 pounds or 20 pounds. I doing mix martial arts but in martial arts class i only gain strength, responsibility, Honesty, and such. I want to loss weight but its hard if i can only build muscles. For a girl I think its a little weird but you see… I want to loss arm, leg, and belly fat. My but is like a hill, but It runs in are family even though if we are skinny our not i don’t think we can change that. 0.o but anyways, I want exercise moves that can make me loss all that arm, leg, belly fat in about like some months or so. I’m not in a hurry to loss weight. It just has to be less than a year or so cause I want to surprise my mom and my relatives in Asia and Maine that i got a hot smoking curvy body. If that’s even possible for a Asian. If there are pictures of exercising moves than that would be really really great and helpful. Don’t tell me what to eat because i eat pretty healthy… Just once in a while i go out to eat… And over load myself. 0.o which is not to pretty lol.

I know the whole Nicole Richie weight loss issue thing is over now, but just image that body belonging to any girl – perhaps a woman you know?
Tell me, what is more attractive, before or after?
Because plenty I know would say the before photo – however, a few would consider the after photo "fit."
So, what in your opinion is a better weight?
I think the one after looks better. I am not saying that the first one doesn't look good and isn't healthy, because it can be and it is the natural shape and size of lots of people, but I think that I like on Nicole Richie the second body type. She looks naturally thin, in a good way, not like if you see some pictures of her when she was even skinnier-that's when she looked too thin.

I want it so bad, but exercising makes me so angry because it's hard. Eating like a bird frusterates me too. I really want to make an honest go at this weight loss thing again, but would like to avoid the anger as much as possible. I would like to get to that point where people say exercise feels good. I've never had that in my entire life, and would like too before I die. I'd like to learn to deal with my problems instead of feeding them. Just thinking about doing this gets me fuming though. How do people get through the anger associated with getting uncomfortable and losing weight. Another fear I have is that no matter what I lose, I'll never feel attractive or proud of myself. I have never felt pretty or fit my entire life. I have about 70 pounds to lose. I have no support system, my husband says it's my problem and has watched me get angry trying so many times that he wants nothing to do with it. I've tried weight watchers, but it was discouraging to watch people have
success when I continued to flounder in my fat. We don't have medical insurance, so going to the doctor is out of the question. I don't have a medical condition, I just don't exercize or eat right. Please help.
It's like I'm totally lacking in self-control. In all aspects of my life. I jus don't know where to start. I'm sick of being out of control. I want to be pretty and confident and the leader of my life. Why does it make me so mad?
Yep, I had that too.
A couple of things. A friend sent me a pic she'd taken of me. She thought it was nice. I was in a bathing suit and I looked hideous. Awful. I keep that photo now and I know I'll never put the weight back on. It kept me going.
Set a target date – eg in 3 months I want to weigh xxx pounds. That will help motivate you.
Force yourself to exercise and eat well for 2 weeks. Those two weeks suck – but it gets easier. After 2 weeks I wanted to exercise every day, I felt awful if I didn't. And I didn't feel starving any more, I got used to eating the right amount of food.
Now. The anger. A couple of things you can try. Harness it. I listen to angry music complete with swearing (I think you call it cussing in the US?) to exercise to. I am normally a quiet mousy person but I was so angry I'd just shout out the lyrics and get the anger out. Sometimes I called myself a fat b!tch. "Keep running, fat b!tch". Funny, but it really worked!
I can't tell you how good it feels to be thin, and fit. I'm still not used to it, but when I realise I can wear the clothes I want and people tell me I look good – it was worth it. You can have that too!!!

I am on a diet at the moment, eat about 1500 kcals a day and exercise 25-50 mins a day.
However my biggest meal of the day is dinner. Is it true that if I continue to do this I will not lose much weight at all?
I am of the belief that it doesn’t matter what time you consume your 1500 calories. If you stick to your numbers, keep track of what you eat and don’t go over the 1500 limit you set for yourself, you should be fine. I have never bought into the theory that eating after a certain time makes you lose weight more slowly.

I need more information how to loss weight in month, in a fast, natural ways & no pills in your diet?
Is it effective?
How do you treat walking vs. running, as you do cardio training before you workout weight exercise?
Ok, the best way is to do some form of cardio to raise your heart rate 5 days a week. You can do anything – the best exercise is that which you enjoy – power walking, running/jogging, cycling, swimming, rock climbing, aerobics, kyaking – whatever you enjoy.
Then incorporate some weight bearing exercises – hand weights, leg weights. Muscle burns energy even when you are not doing anything.
Eat well, lots of fruit and vegies and lean meats. Skim milk or low fat milk, yoghurts etc. Cereals for fibre such as wheat bix etc.
But seriously if you do cardio for 30mins a day you will see an improvement within a week. Just remember – you need to use more calories/KJ than you consume.
