I am 21 male 5'10" 175-190 lbs. I generally have 1 hour or less to be at the gym. what are some good ways to lose body fat? I especially want to focus on my man boobs and my fat chin? what Can I do? Also, what is the difference between burning fat and cardio?
For your chin, do slow head rolls — anywhere from 5 to 10 each way.
For your chest, you'll need to work those pecs. Do flys, incline bench press, dips and pushups.
Cardio will help burn fat. You should also incorporate that into your workout.

I was high risk the whole time and there were lots of scary times also…but then my husband got hurt and we got out of the army and now we dont have medical insurance and he is going to school and I take care of our son. I really need weight loss surgery and help getting it. it would be the tool I need 2 behealthy
Weight loss surgery exposes you to all the risks that any surgery poses. And, the liklihood that it will make a real difference in your life is minimal if you don't change your lifestyle habits.
Look, weight loss is really quite simple; there are only two things you need do to reach your goals:
1. Restrict daily calories to 1600 calories per day. By increasing the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat, you will be able to keep your intake at this level without feeling hungry or uncomfortable.
2. Exercise for one hour a day, every single day. It can be anything from pilates to just plain walking, but do it. One hour. Every day.
This is a pretty simple recipe for weight loss, but it works. It has worked for me; I have lost 62 pounds this way. It will work for you if you commit to it and stick to it.
Good luck!

please help me!
I used a BMI calculator and it said i am over weight.
i need good weight loss tips!
First of all, try not to do anything drastic. The worst thing you can possibly do is lose too much weight too fast. This will make it come back worse the second time around!
If you’re looking to do this on your own, try taking it slowly at first. Big changes can really affect your health. If you have some extra time, try taking a walk around the block. Even a little exercise helps to get your blood pumping and your muscles moving in a healthy way. Also, try to take a little more vegetables at dinner, or drink one less soda a day.
Little changes can go a long way, and even if it seems it’s taking too long you’re on the right path!

Has anyone tried http://www.TrimYourFat.com ? I hear it's the best weight loss system for women, but I haven't tried it personally as of it.
Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.

Many of the programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think of the different programs.
Hope this helps!

I have always been curious about why the surgery restricts a person down to almost less than 1000 calories if they weigh over 300lbs. Just Curious.
i would assume it is because following gastric bypass surgery the stomach has been made quite a bit smaller. for this reason, following surgery people must greatly limit the amount of food they eat and also the types of foods they eat. Sugary, high-carb and high-fat foods are avoided when on a gastric bypass diet plan.

At one time I thought I had seen something about an on-line weight loss support group. Does such a group exsist? I am starting the process of losing up to 60 lbs and as I work most of the day, I could use some type of net group to connect with as the net is my main contact for a good portion of the day.
Thanks!
I guess I should have added…please no solicitation type notices. I have a gym membership, private trainer and am set to see a nutritionist. I just wanted somewhere on-line to go for tips and support.
