If im doing 2-3 sessions of cardio a week, like treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer and bike. For about 30 minutes each day. How long will it take for me to see the results? I suspect on your training schedule you may not actually loose any weight at all, you will improve your health, stamina and muscle tone and may even gain weight with muscle mass. The added creatine, protein and carbs wont help weight loss.
I sugest you look to adjust this to a heart rate based zone focused cardio training schedule with toning with weights only and loose the supplements. If you need adjustments then adjust your diet by adding more fruit and veg in your daily diet.
You should loose weight noticeably within a few sessions. Use a tape measure not the scales.

Actually the modeling industry just banned girls who are too skinny from the runways, this is good. But Hollywood still likes to push the "too skinny" girls.
It is dangerous to your health to be too much overweight, but it is just as bad to be too much underweight. Maybe worse!
People must learn to be happy with who they are but they have a responsibility to themselves and to the people who love them to keep themselves healthy.

if you REALLY WANT TO lose weight AND FAT then you should remember and do this:

There are weeks or weekends where I’ll eat lots of junk food and just sit on my butt, and actually lose weight. Then, there will be other weeks, where I run 40 miles while eating healthy, and actually gain weight.

You can go on a very healthy food plan (no soda, just water lol) and cardio everyday, as for your mid section and hips, best bet are planks,sit-ups, and crunches. and for your hips i’m not sure but if your jogging and running that should help tone up everything.

It will actually make you more big headed if you end out with a body that is a scale down version of god :) No but seriously doing C.V. exercises like jogging, cycling ect ect. It will help allot more than push ups or sit ups.
